Lifeblood has an inspiring opportunity for you

As a Product Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Product Marketing and Customer Experience Manager to develop and deliver the Strategic Marketing Plan for new Lifeblood product lines, with the key objective of achieving market growth and customer experience optimisation.

Using your strong stakeholder skills, you’ll collaborate across the Marketing team to draft and submit creative briefs that deliver on the product’s strategic goals, coordinate cross-divisional input and approvals, assist in the delivery of Customer Experience (CX) programmes, and support the Donor Coordinators in all their marketing needs to deliver on Donor Acquisition targets and improve donor retention.

Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for;
Degree qualified in Marketing or similar discipline

An understanding of product development and customer experience optimisation

Experience in supporting customer journey mapping both internally and externally

Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns, photoshoots, events and workshops

Experience writing briefs for Marketing and digital teams that deliver on the strategic goals.

Coordination of marketing streams for new product planning and launches

Good working knowledge of PowerPoint and ability to create excellent presentation slides.

Experience in writing compelling copy for content across multiple channels with a heavy focus on the digital channels

Ability to craft key messages and call to action (CTAs) based on the objectives of the brief

Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.

This is a fixed term, 12 months full time opportunity based in Melbourne, with a hybrid work model of working from home and from our office located in West Melbourne (10 min walk from Southern Cross and Flagstaff Station)
