**Description**

Looking to grow your marketing career in a fast-paced, creative environment? Dreamworld is searching for a hands-on **Marketing Executive** who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help bring our campaigns to life.

This is the perfect role for someone with a solid marketing foundation who enjoys variety, thrives on juggling moving parts, and is excited by the energy that comes from working with a big brand (and a fun one at that).

**What you’ll be doing**:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be right in the middle of the action; coordinating campaign activity, supporting content production, and helping to execute activations that delight our guests and bring our brand to life. From photoshoots and social content to AI-assisted tools and in-park events, no two days are the same.

**Day to day, you’ll**:

- Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns - from briefing and asset management to dispatch and delivery.
- Support the planning and execution of photo and video shoots, including talent, scheduling and on-site logistics.
- Work with creative agencies, production partners and internal teams to keep timelines on track and campaigns aligned.
- Assist with copywriting for social, promotional and campaign materials using AI-assisted writing tools.
- Contribute to activations, events, and occasional media opportunities with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Use digital tools to help with campaign scheduling, asset tagging and performance tracking.
- Stay across industry trends and bring forward ideas to help us work smarter and faster.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Previous experience in marketing campaign support, content coordination or brand marketing coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications.
- A knack for organisation and detail, even when things get busy.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to write clearly and adapt tone across channels.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office - and if you’ve dabbled in Canva, Jasper, or Adobe tools, even better
- A collaborative, can-do attitude and the flexibility to help wherever needed.

If you’ve worked in entertainment, tourism or a fast-paced consumer brand, you’ll hit the ground running. But more than that, we’re after someone who brings great energy, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
