**About the Position**:
As the Café Manager, you will lead the team and manage the daily operations of two busy cafés (The Food Depot and Long Shot) nestled within Campbelltown Hospital

Here's what you'll do:

- Explore and capitalise on growth and sales opportunities, including customised catering services.
- Foster a positive work environment by motivating and engaging the team, embracing our core values.
- Collaborate with your Area Manager to excel in all aspects of operations, identifying trends, driving revenue growth, managing stock, and developing team members.
- Implement our Customer Service Guarantee to ensure each visit leaves a lasting positive impression.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures in partnership with our health and safety team.
- _This is a full-time salaried position requiring 38 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday_ with occasional weekend work.

**About You**:

- At least 5 years’ experience in a food and beverage management role.
- Barista and kitchen operations experience (trade qualifications highly desirable).
- Sound knowledge of busy multi food outlet operations with a focus on sales and service.
- Contract catering experience is beneficial.
- A current food safety supervisor certificate showing commitment to ensuring food safety.
- Experience managing food compliance within HACCP guidelines.
- Outstanding people management, stake holder management and leadership skills.
- High standard customer service skills and a personality to match.
- Motivation and enthusiasm to drive a high-performing culture.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Computer literacy - intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Power Point and Excel.
