Piccolo Me Campbelltown is looking for an experienced cafe supervisor to join our team at our cafe location.

Role and Responsibility
- Working out weekly rosters / schedule
- Assisting with food prep and ordering.
- Ensure menus, food standards, procedures and processes are followed
- Supervise and manage kitchen operations as required
- Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
- Is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the cafe is in line with current health regulation standards
- Lead the team

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in a fast and busy environment
- Full working rights in Australia
- Must have flexible availability

Desirable
- Be a team player and a good communicator
- Have passion for producing great food & attention to detail
