Key duties are as follows:

- Principal duties will include the hands on food & beverage service and production
- Ensure quick, efficient and polite service is provided at all times
- Ensure food & coffee quality and presentation is kept at a high standard, including constant food portion control
- Actively participate in Innovation and changes to the business (as arranged with Management).
- Leadership in a team environment, working with other team members to build a harmonious and productive team at the premises.
- To assist in ongoing training for specific team members (as directed by Management)
- Assist planning and co-ordination to ensure that cafe service runs as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Maintain merchandise standards, displays and sales techniques, so as to capitalize and improve sales opportunities.
- Maintaining security of store, stock, equipment and other team members.
- Ensure compliance of workplace, health and safety, and other legislative requirements.
- Ensure store cleanliness and maintenance.
- Assistance in all areas of the premises as required.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $21.82 - $36.68 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 27 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Food service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
