**About the Role**:
We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a passionate, motivated and experienced Receptionist to join our Mercedes-Benz Macarthur Service team in Campbelltown.

**The role will involve the following**:

- Being the first point of contact for all customers in person or over the phone
- Establishing a customer’s reason for the visit and directing them to the correct department/staff member
- Management of dealership showroom display and cafe area, including beverage supplies
- Assistance with administrative duties for all departments within the Dealership
- A commitment to providing an exceptional customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Outstanding professional presentation
- Reception experience in a corporate environment highly desired
- Ability to multitask
