**Your new role**
In your new role as a Production Supervisor, you will lead and manage a team of 4 employees in the warehouse & factory. Your new role will involve acting as a point of leadership and motivation to your team and implementing continuous improvement processes on a daily basis.
As a Production Supervisor, you will
- Motivate, guide and mentor the team members to achieve goals
- Promote and demonstrate effective communication and positive culture
- Oversee day to day operations of the warehouse and the factory, including overall performance management, training and development, identifying, analysing and resolving work problems
- Developing production schedules based on the information provided by the Installation Coordination team, assigning duties to employees and monitoring orders
- Proficiently running all machines as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role, you will have a positive, can-do attitude and at least 2 years' experience in a leadership role.
- Strong management and people leadership skills
- Ideally, a background in commercial shop fitting or cabinet making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Some CNC maching experience would be an advantage.
