**Your new company**
A values driven Health organisation is hiring a HR Business Partner to their Melbourne based HR team for a parental leave contract. Working as part of a large and collaborative team, you will work in an inspiriting and warm Manager, putting values at the heart of HR.

**Your new role**
Ready to partner? In your new HR Business Partner role you will be a true partner for your organisation. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing support on day to day HR matters
- Case management of low to medium issues
- Coaching Managers
- Performance Management
- Interpretation of EBAs/Awards

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have worked in a role where you have been managing cases and coaching Managers on Employee Relations matters. You'll be a team player, with a collaborative style and have strong written communication skills. You will be required to complete all compliance requirements in line with this organisations health standards.
