You will join a financial institution based in Southbank, Melbourne. The company specialises in insurance and has doubled in size in the last 5 years. Currently, they have a headcount of 150 employees.

**Your new role**

This opportunity has arisen due to the increase in headcount in the organisation. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders, collaborating with senior leaders across the organisation and run various HR projects such as EVP's and Diversity and inclusion.

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be successful for this role, you will be
- Have demonstrated experience in an HR Business Partner role
- Have a tertiary qualification in HR
- Highly interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Proven experience providing advice on HR policy, workplace legislation and awards
