**People and Culture Business Partner**

Hybrid - Melbourne CBD (minimum 2 days per week)

Full Time, 18 month Fixed term contract

$108,640 to $116,550 per annum + superannuation

We're excited to welcome a dedicated People and Culture Business Partner to join our Melbourne CBD team. This role is instrumental in driving our People and Culture strategy, nurturing a positive work environment, and supporting our team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert HR advice and support to our team.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition efforts.
- Manage employee concerns and complaints effectively.
- Coordinate recruitment and retention in alignment with our People and Culture Strategy.

**Key Criteria**:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in varied HR functions, including previous VPS (Victorian Public Service) experience.
- Proficient in record-keeping and adept at creative problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex HR issues.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and legislation.
- Track record in HR project management.
- Exhibit strong research and analytical skills for implementing HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
