We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Stars, that have a passion in assisting customers. Working with a team of professionals, you will be handling queries face to face from the general public.
Your main role will be directing passengers to their correct buses.
You will be responsible of providing a high level of service at all times.
You will be working all over Melbourne, North / East of Melbourne.
**Experience & Skills**:
- Face to face customer service experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to deal with high volume numbers
- Proven team player
- A "can do” attitude
- The ability to think on your feet
- You are neatly presented
- Driven approach to customer outcomes in a fast paced environment.
- The ability to speak another language other than English - preferred but not essential
- Covid-19 Fully Vaccinated
- **Signage experience is highly valued**
**You will also require**:
- A smart phone to clock into your shifts.
