They strive to be the company of choice for their customers from Insurance and Financing. **The Role**: Reporting to the Customer Success Manager and working alongside twenty inbound consultants, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following: - Provide a high-level customer service and assistance across the business, both internally and externally - Managing customer information by entering updates to owners' records including change of address and direct debit information - Escalating priority issues when required relating to all aspects of accounts - Handling enquiries such as payment adjustments, refunds, providing copies of notices - Updating the CRM with all relevant and accurate details **About you**: **To be successful in this role, you have had prior experience in Customer Service and/or Administration support.
