Digital Technology Specialist

This is an opportunity to develop your skills and build a career path within a growing team under a highly regarded leader. You will be charged with assisting the Martech Lead in the implementation, troubleshooting and configuration of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) along with associated marketing platform (CRM-CMS-Analytics) within the company wide ecosystem. You will also be tasked with conducting the necessary briefing sessions, onboarding stakeholders and ongoing support to ensure that the process is managed smoothly.
Gather the necessary information to assist in the implementation and integration of CDP & MarTech solutions.
Proactive approach to solve issues which facilitates projects rollout.
Work with Developers to deploy & test necessary code changes for the project.
Analyse a client’s current and future system requirements, produce comprehensive functional specification, including product modifications.
Documentation of work executed and learnings.
Conducting the necessary troubleshooting to implement and integrate solution.
Assist with reports and audits production.

Required Qualifications
Understanding of web development and eCommerce tracking.
Demonstrated capability of using API libraries such as REST or SOAP.
Proficient with APIs manipulation tools such as POSTMAN.
Experience in managing solutions architecture to support Web & Mobile Apps.
Experience in MarTech platform implementation such as cloud CRMs and CPaaS.
Experience with instrumentation of Google Analytics & Google Tag Manger.
Familiarity with DB querying languages such as SQL.
Familiarity with Vue, React or Angular JS frameworks.
