Reporting to our Digital Analytics Lead, you'll get to collaborate with two other MarTech Specialists as well as collaborating with other cross-functional teams to support and clarify objectives with the use of data collected.

Your Role:*
There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you might be working on, day-to-day;
**_Data Quality and Timeliness:_**
- Manage & maintain tagging and authentication that deliver identity management, reporting and segmentation across all**_ _**Flybuys
- Manage data load & segment on-boarding for our Data Management Platform (DMP)
**_Analytics and Reporting:_**
- Provide regular reporting and SME support on identity management and the opportunities to drive addressable audience growth across DMP and external digital media channels
- Collaborate closely with analytics
- Clearly articulate the customer insights & commercial opportunities of**_ _**Flybuys digital assets.
- Provide digital analytics SME support as required to product & marketing teams.
**_Platform Management and Operation:_**
- Liaise and manage relationship with Adobe tech team
- Set up any new destinations, integrations and workflows
- Provide SME support to Flybuys strategic initiatives
- Scope requirements and liaise with technical team to support implementation of event capture on new and existing assets / features.

Your Ideal Skills & Experience:*
- Proven experience as a Digital Analyst, optimising marketing technology solutions in a large & complex environment.
- Core understanding of data and tag management system (we use Adobe Launch but similar tools will be fine).
- Collaborating with Product Owners to identify insight needs
- A basic understanding of Javascript and its relation to client-side data collection.
- Good understanding of the semantics of technology and data & analytics definitions between engineers, developers, data scientists/analysts and architects.
- Continuously stay abreast of the newest Martech & adtech changes
- Providing strategic support to the business and technical teams.
- Playing a support function in relation to digital analytics, troubleshooting complex issues and making recommendations for development.
