About the Role:
As a Delegate Sales Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving attendance and commercial success across RX Australia’s flagship conference-led exhibitions. You’ll proactively engage decision-makers from top companies across Australia and New Zealand to sell delegate passes and boost event participation.
Reporting to our Sales Director, this is a permanent full-time opportunity to be based in Sydney with hybrid working available.

Responsibilities:
- Drive Delegate Sales - Sell delegate passes to targeted senior decision-makers across multiple events.- Lead Generation & Prospecting - Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage new prospects.- CRM & Reporting - Maintain accurate records and track progress through our CRM system.- Market Insight - Stay across key industry trends to tailor your approach and add value to conversations. Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience in a sales role, ideally within the events, conferences, or exhibitions sector.- Comfortable with cold calling, and confident in building rapport and overcoming objections.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Degree-qualified or equivalent work experience.- Energetic, driven, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.- Bonus points for experience selling B2B or within the corporate training, professional services, or media sectors.
