**As our Communications Manager, you will**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including clients and suppliers and manage external communication channels; identifying improvements to external communications and improving the quality of content distributed.
- Collaborate with department heads and executives to develop and implement internal communication plans to foster employee engagement and align with the organisation's goals.
- Manage client, staff and stakeholder contact lists and make suggestions to internal stakeholders to improve the integrity of data collection and efficiency of list generation, including working with Excel to manipulate contact lists to be able to speak to target audiences.
- Develop and maintain a communication calendar for executives and senior management to review and keep updated on communications.
- Develop and maintain the organisation’s intranet.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Strong organisation and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a communications management role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Good eye for design.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
