Communication and Social Community Manager

As a **Communication and Social Community Manager** based in **Clayton, Victoria**, you will report to the Head of Marketing on a Fixed-term Contract basis (12 months full-time). You will help PPG maximise the outcomes from our marketing-related partnerships, content creators, and community support programs. You will also position our brands in the market through our partnerships to grow brand awareness, increase customer acquisition and increase customer retention. **Responsibilities** - Managing partnership administration including contract negotiations, budgeting, and invoices. - Building partnership communications and activations planning in collaboration with partner and brand stakeholders. - Ensuring contract deliverables are performed following agreed timelines. - Coordinating supply of contra-paint following partnership agreements. - Work with talent management and influencer agency to brief and support ambassador partnerships, including performance. - Responding to Public Relations opportunities and editorial requests. - Copywriting support of the team for internal and external communications activities. - Coordinating charity partnerships and community support activities. - Supporting the brand managers with strategies for content creation activities to support brand focus areas or NPD product launches. - Coordinating distribution of content generated from brand ambassadors and partnerships to relevant marketing teams for re-sharing on owned and paid channels as applicable. - Work with talent management and influencer agency to brief and support content creation campaigns on time and within budget. - Media monitoring. **Qualifications** - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar marketing, sponsorship, or partnership role. - Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience. - Demonstrated knowledge of the sponsorship landscape and understanding of advertising and marketing principles. - Contribute ideas to produce sponsorships and partnerships. - Project management and experience dealing with multiple stakeholders. - Experience in content creation, talent, and creator partnerships. - Experience in communications and public relations. - Understanding of sponsorship and partnership negotiations and coordination. - Experience providing support in the management of contracts and partnership agreements. **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** We are insightful, dedicated, and proactive.
