**Your new role**
**As a Client Service Manager you will be;**
- Managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products and services.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintain and grow existing accounts.
- You will work closely with Underwriting & Claims teams to ensure client needs are met and will prepare regular reports on account performance.
- Runs weekly/fortnightly BAU client meetings
- Assists the National Relationship Manager to maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
**What you'll need to succeed**
**To be successful in this role, you will have;**
- You must have prior experience working in Client Servicing or have a background in General Insurance, preferably within Travel
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and be part of a team
- Experience working with high stake clients and provide strategic advice
- Relevant tertiary qualifications such as ANZIIF will be highly regarded
