You will be at the forefront of developing ideas and business strategies. Your role as a Strategy Manager is fundamental to the future of this business and will produce tangible outcomes along with solving complex problems. The Strategy team leads many projects impacting internal stakeholders and the customer. The problems you will solve with your team are complex and intellectually stimulating. You will coach and support your team to fulfil their full potential.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- You will experience leading projects in a top-tier strategy consultancy firm or a complex company-wide strategy function.
- Have a track record in leading and developing people. You will enjoy coaching a team to fulfil their potential; this may have been outside of consulting.
- An ability to solve problems through analysis and critical thinking
- You will have a bachelor's degree, and an MBA is desirable.
- You will have superb written and oral communication and be able to present and deliver reports to the board, along with influencing internal stakeholders.
