**Your Impact**:
As a Strategy Manager at Asahi Beverages, you will lead and manage high-impact, high-value strategic projects that are pivotal to our growth and success in the Oceania region. You will contribute significantly to the development of strategic plans and initiatives for the Group and Business Divisions, focusing on the most significant sources of value creation and addressing the region's greatest challenges. These projects are beyond Business as Usual and require additional resources to accelerate thinking and delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with senior stakeholders to formulate and drive key strategic projects across the highest impact topics for Asahi Beverages in the region.
- Work across various business divisions to develop and refine Asahi Beverage’s strategic plans through problem-solving and analysis, providing strategic options and recommendations.
- Prepare financial models, investment analyses, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct detailed situation analyses of key macro and market trends impacting the Oceania business, influencing our future choices and strategic direction.
- Perform thorough research and analysis of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualified in relevant disciplines.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related roles. Experience in the FMCG or Beverage Industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical abilities, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of driving business results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior executives.
- High level of proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis.
