**About the role**

Reporting into the Head of Strategy, the Strategy Manager will join a tight-knit team of high performing strategists, whose remit spans the end-to-end strategic value chain i.e., from origination of insight through to development and execution of strategy. Importantly, the team also acts as an internal consulting resource to the business, supporting the executive team and GM of Commercial with requests for ad-hoc research projects, feasibility assessments, performance improvement opportunities and business development initiatives.

The purpose of the role is to shape and drive strategy team efforts to achieve the following:

- Unearth unique and privileged insights across our internal and external environments that support the development of winning strategies
- Support the identification and development of winning strategies and growth optionality
- Support benefit realisation and delivery
- Support performance improvement across the business through the provision of internal consulting services

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who is highly driven, an independent thinker, possessing strong structured problem-solving skills, an extensive strategic ‘tool-kit’ and advanced levels of commercial acumen. Additionally, you can operate effectively and drive outcomes in complex, ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

You will also be able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships spanning the breadth of the business, but particularly with executive and ELT stakeholder sets. Critically, you must possess strong communication skills and be able to communicate with clarity and impact at all levels of the organisation.
