We are looking for an incredible person to join our team as a Relationship Manager. The role will focus on maintaining and raising company standards in sales performance to grow our clubs.
- Minimum 5 years in Customer Service, Sales or Marketing
- Knowledge of the gym environment
- Fitness industry experience is a bonus, but not a requirement
- Ability to demonstrate achievements and success in previous roles

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Relationship Building - Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.
- Implementation and Onboarding - Manage the timely setup and implementation of product/service to help customers meet their goals and drive product adoption
