**The Role**

We’re looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Subcontractor Sales team at E1.

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be part of a tight-knit team that meets daily to share updates and keep momentum high. Each day you’ll receive a steady stream of leads to qualify, progress through the pipeline, and convert into long-term customers.

You’ll own the full sales journey, building strong relationships with subcontractors, managing objections with confidence, and representing E1 with credibility and care. Along the way, you’ll keep a sharp, organised pipeline, share market insights with your teammates and the wider business, and contribute to a sales culture that thrives on collaboration and results.

**Your day to day will include**:

- Proactively qualifying inbound and outbound leads, tailoring your approach to customer needs
- Managing a pipeline of opportunities across multiple stages with discipline and focus
- Driving new business through consultative selling and industry knowledge
- Collaborating in daily team meetings and internal catch-ups to share insights, strategies, and support
- Keeping accurate CRM records and providing feedback that helps us continuously improve

**About You**

You have experience in a customer-facing role where you’ve built relationships, understood needs, and guided people toward the right solutions. You’re proactive, empathetic, and resilient — comfortable owning your outcomes while thriving in a supportive team environment. You bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to handle challenges with confidence.

**Bonus points if you bring**:

- Experience in SaaS, tech, or the construction industry
- Familiarity with CRMs (we use Salesforce)
- A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to stay composed and constructive when facing objections
