Join Our Team as a Retail Sales and Design Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate individual to provide high-end premium living solutions to our customers.

Role Overview

As a Retail Sales and Design Consultant, you will provide a high-quality retail experience by confidently presenting our expansive range of Voyager products and styles to meet customer needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the retail space is always clean, presentable, and reflective of our brand.

  • Strong sales skills with a proven ability to consistently meet targets
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Confident communication and customer engagement skills
  • The ability to deliver coordinated interior solutions across a range of styles
  • High attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Effective problem-solving skills, both pre- and post-sale
  • The ability to quickly identify and meet customer needs with appropriate solutions
  • A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
  • A collaborative mindset and strong sense of teamwork
  • Proficiency in computer skills (email, Word, basic MS Office applications) and experience with Retail Express is desirable
  • A strong sense of pride in maintaining a clean and well-presented retail environment
  • Availability to work weekends as part of the regular roster
