**THE COMPANY**

This global investment firm is looking for an experienced superstar EA/Office Manager to join their small Sydney office (20 staff) to support two Managing Directors with international travel, calendars, team meetings, expenses and inbox management. The role also involves the management or their small corporate office. Working alongside their facilities staff member, this role will support with tasks such as events coordination and stationary/equipment maintenance.

Their beautiful office is located in the CBD, close to public transport. This firm offers a fast-paced and exciting culture and incredible employee benefits including a yearly discretionary bonus, medical cover and the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.

The business boasts a friendly working environment with a dress code to match (smart/casual). The majority of the staff are Investment Professionals and this role works closely alongside a likeminded EA that is responsible for supporting eight Executives.

**THE ROLE**

A permanent full-time role, maintaining a small corporate office and providing support to two Managing Directors.

This will be an exciting and challenging role supporting Executives with diaries working across multiple time zones. To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience working within Financial Services, have a bright and sunny attitude towards office management at the highest level possible, and be willing to assist with all administrative tasks to help make the executives working days easier. This role will also see you help to build the culture and provide support to their expanding Sydney office.

This firm is seeking an experienced professional but attitude is key They are therefore open to negotiation on salary dependent on experience.

**DUTIES**
- EA support such meeting coordination, international travel and expense management for two Managing Directors
- Office management tasks such as stationary ordering, maintaining an office pantry, onboarding and events coordination

**SKILLS**
- Previous experience in a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role is a must
- Previous experience assisting with office management tasks
- Experience within Financial Services is highly desirable
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office, with experience scheduling across multiple time zones
- Autonomous and proactive
- Outstanding communication skills
