As our new Executive Assistant and Office Manager, you will join our newly established office in Kuala Lumpur. We need additional support for our General Manager and Management Team because the digital footprint in Demant is growing, and there is a constant need to be in control of the current state, as well as proactively looking forward. You will start in a new position within our team and be responsible for day-to-day administrative support. Through a dedicated service

Think ahead and make the day run smoothly
As our Executive Assistant and Office Manager, your primary role is to support our General Manager and Management team to succeed. Furthermore, you will have the overall responsibility to administrate and secure the office runs smoothly.
You can look forward to the following responsibilities and tasks:
Maintain the General Management’s schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel, and reporting deadlines
Expense management for the Management Team and follow-ups of action items
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings
Oversee day-to-day office management and operations
Managing general administrative tasks and ad-hoc initiatives
Management and procurement of office and pantry supplies and equipment
Vendor management - managing relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords
Preparing budgets and monitoring expenditures across a range of travel, administrative, and office areas
Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures, including the redesign of workflows/processes based on best practices
Undertake other duties assigned from time to time
How to succeed in this role
You like to work efficiently and in a structured manner. As a person, you are reliable and proactive. You like to be accountable for running the daily functions of a busy office - professionally and personally - as well as collaborating with a team.
You possess good organizational and time management skills coupled with strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to keep a good overview when needed. Can you recognize this:

To succeed in the position, your educational background could be an office administrative background, a business background, or similar. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. But the most important fact is that you bring a can-do attitude to the table. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken), since English is our corporate language, and you are an advanced user of the Microsoft Office package.
