Our customer is a leading financial services company dedicated to providing innovative and reliable Insurance Premium Funding solutions. They are looking for a dynamic individual to join their in-house Collections team, providing national support to our Insurance Premium Funding division.

You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and grow your career. You will also be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values your contribution and feedback.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with customers to maximize debt collection.
- Liaise with Brokers on client arrears and follow up on return premiums.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers on Broker challenges.
- Identify and report adverse trends to the Loan Accounts Manager.
- Maintain arrears at 0.15% of the portfolio.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant degree with good academic standing.
- Must have computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable.
- Ability to handle disputes and hardship inquiries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Results-focused with a sense of urgency.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.

**Full working rights - Must be an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident**

**Salary will be aligned to the level of experience and includes Superannuation.**

**An annual Bonus at the end of each Financial Year (this is based on employees meeting KPIs)
