We are actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join us as an Accounts Payable Officer. - Please note this will be a 6-month fixed term contract. The EBA rate for this role will be $32.57/hour + super.

**About the role**:

- Engage in business partnering with internal finance departments and the wider RACQ organisation to gain insights into financial accounting processes, ensuring seamless operations.
- Investigate and swiftly remediate any transactions with a member impact, ensuring a positive and timely resolution that aligns with our commitment to member satisfaction.
- Provide essential support to RACQ staff by efficiently processing invoices and approvals within the general ledger system, contributing to the smooth functioning of financial processes.
- Build and nurture strong working relationships with key stakeholders across Group Finance and the Frontline business, playing a pivotal role in addressing transactional matters effectively.

**About you**:

- Previous Accounts Payable knowledge or experience is preferred.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Good time management
- Mathematical ability
- Good communication skills, particularly across escalation of issues.
- High key stroke rate with high accuracy.
