- Welcome children and families with a friendly and professional demeanour whilst maintaining confidentiality
- Conduct visitor tours, and assist with children’s enrolments and new team orientations
- Utilise our Salesforce, Qikkids and Story Park systems, to manage accounts and monitor ongoing payments with follow-up as required
- Liaise with external suppliers/contractors and report back to the Centre Director with quotes/expenditure requests for submission (as per company procedure)
- Perform general administrative tasks in an accurate, reliable, and honest manner
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service skills - both written and verbal with the ability to handle difficult conversations

About You
- Availability from Monday through to Friday (7:00am - 5.30pm)
- Current Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain)
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willing to obtain)
- Police Check and PRODA Number (or willing to obtain)
