We are looking for Surf Coach Assistants to join our team at URBNSURF. Do you have a passion for surfing? Love being in the water and meeting new people?

**Education/**

**Qualifications**: Working with Children certificate, first-aid certificate & Ocean rescue certificate

(financial assistance is available to help achieve these)

**Experience**: Minimum of 1 season working as a Surfing Australia certified Surf Coach is preferred. However new certifications will be considered.

**The Surf Coach Assistants** will work with the Surf Coaches to help deliver exceptional service both in and out of the water for both group and private bookings.

**Pay Guide**: Amusement, Events & Recreation Award - Grade 2 (Casual)
