A fantastic opportunity to lead our National warehousing and transport operations across the Carlton & United Beverages (CUB) network to ensure optimal customer service levels are achieved.

**Your Impact**

Reporting into the Group General Manager, Logistics & Planning you will be responsible for developing and managing our National Logistics Service Providers (LSP) warehousing and transport supply chain processes across CUB to ensure optimal Customer Service Customer and Collaboration.

You will build and maintain relationships with Commercial teams to ensure a co-ordinated approach to customer service that drives value for Asahi and our customers to generate efficiency. In addition, you will be responsible for lag measures such as safety, quality, cost and DIFOT.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver excellence in Customer Service through coordination of transport and warehousing activities to budget
- Develop and maintain a collaboration framework to drive efficiencies for both us and our customers supply chains
- Building and developing a 3-year warehouse & transport consolidation and automation plan that will deliver significant saving through capital investment and sound leasing strategies
- Manage the Profit Centres for Logistics functions
- Oversee the execution of the relevant IBP activity (national and state)
- Lead the engagement and development of Logistics team members within the organisation
- Monitor & Improve LSP performance: Monitor LSP performance and support operational implementation of Continuous Improvement projects

As a leader, you’re able to build strong relationships and influence along the entire value chain and align operations from demand to delivery to provide a unique customer experience that sets us apart from our competitors.

In addition, you possess:

- Prior experience managing large logistics networks in a high volume, fast paced environment as well as managing complex budgets
- Degree qualifications in, Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience delivering significant cost savings and change programs in a FMCG environment
- Excellent leadership capability with proven experience developing high performing operations teams
- Strong communication and change management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the business
- An understanding of Six Sigma/ Lean principles
