This position is responsible for providing support across general warehouse functions, including but not limited to, receiving bulk deliveries and parcels, performing inventory counts, stock allocation, preparation of customer orders, maintaining a high standard of work performance and output to ensure the smooth processing of goods in and out of the warehouse environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming shipments into the warehouse, checking against packing lists and recording and reporting any discrepancies.
- Provide accurate stock counting and allocation of bulk inspection samples to QC and return of samples back to bulk shipment.
- Prepare monthly stockists order allocation bins ahead of incoming deliveries.
- Provide accurate stock checks to customer orders, prepare packing lists for the Wholesale
- Distribution Manager and complete final packaging, and labeling of cartons ready for collection.
- Manage the flow of incoming stock ensuring goods can be processed in a timely and organized manner in line with department KPI’s.
- Prepare all out bound orders that require 3rd party handling ie: presser, 3PL services.
- Prepare pic bins and labeling for SJ online stock and have location confirmed in advance of the IWD dates for stock.
- As required assist SJ Online with daily pick & pack processing of orders.
- Stock replenishment.
- Receive all warehouse inbound and outbound parcels ensuring packages have been checked, signed for and then allocated to the correct department/individual.
- Maintain an organized and accountable paper trail for all documentation.
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Report any discrepancies with stock inventory counts from received goods right through to order dispatch.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.
- As required operate warehouse vehicles and equipment in a safe and cautious manner.
- Maintain a high standard for the warehouse environment, ensuring the area is always kept clean, organised and is a safe working environment.
- As required provide system support with data entry of stock counts and received orders.
- Provide daily communication with team leaders for weekly /daily priorities and deadlines.
Key Skills:
- Proven working experience as a warehouse/ stockroom coordinator
- Familiar with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Previous experience with WMS advantage
- Forklift license advantage
- Ability to work on your feet and lift heavy objects up to 25kg
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Must work well with others and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable attitude to changing priorities
- Professional and polite manner
- Attention to detail and good with numbers
- Can do, positive attitude that thrives on getting the job done and meeting the deadline.
This position requires an enthusiastic, can do attitude. Ability to work well under pressure can take instructions and then follow through unsupervised. Show’s initiative and is proactive. Must be well organised, ability to multi task adjusting to changing daily priorities.

**Salary**: $29.20 - $29.23 per hour
