Redpath partners have been exclusively engaged by a Property developer under an Investment platform, the company will be working on projects up to 300 million across Sydney.

**Role Overview**:
As a Senior CA you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of our development projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your proactive approach, strong leadership skills, and attention to detail will be instrumental in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project planning and development, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met
- Identify and mitigate risks, and implement solutions to address challenges as they arise
- Monitor project progress and performance, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field
- Proven experience in Contract Administration within the property development industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software
