Reporting to the members of the Management team, the
**Head of Marketing** will be responsible and accountable for all aspects of
**marketing**.

The company wants to grow their already great brand in market and engage new prospective clients by using up to the minute
**marketing techniques**.

**The role will include but is not limited to**:

- Manage the marketing budget to enable development of specific campaigns, promotions, and collateral to drive revenue and meet the business objectives.
- Design and execute performance marketing and content distribution strategy.
- Commit to deliver and drive forward the Marketing targets across all channels.
- Lead the digital marketing strategy, including social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, remaining considerate of branding and customer focus.
- Manage look and feel of the Website as well as Website maintenance (Wordpress or similar)
- Demonstrate a creative approach to advertising and customer engagement through all marketing channels.
- Build excellent relationships with media and creative agencies to ensure best in class outcomes for the brand.
- Provide advice and market intelligence on competitors to better understand the competitive environment and be able to proactively respond to changes and opportunities to be the authority on constant improvements and enhancements.
- Conduct Marketing in a data driven manner starting with the facts, to then optimise and improve performance
- Operate transparently to constantly iterate and improve on the operation to deliver exponential growth and meet the Company’s ambitious goals
