**The Company**
A leading Tier 2 contractor builder with an opportunity for an intermediate to senior level Contract Administrators to join their team. Joining the new build division, you will gain exposure to a range of projects across the CBD including, healthcare, commercial, education, hotels up to $200M.

My client is a Tier 2 Building Contractor taking on a different approach to the construction industry. They aim to drive change within the industry through their approach to technology, people and supply chain.

**The Role**
As Contract Administrator you will assist a Project Manager in project delivery and ensure the smooth running of projects from inception to completion.

You will be working closely with the project team and be responsible for design, financials of the project including procurement, subcontractor negotiations, letting all contracts, cost reporting and closing out financial accounts.

The successful Contract Administrator will have minimum of 3 years post graduate experience and be confident in delivering projects start to finish up to $40M in the new build division.

**Responsibilities**:

- Report to Project Manager/senior management
- Detailed development of design and understanding of scope of works
- Maintain relationships amongst clients and subcontractors
- Managing RFIs, progress claims, head contractor and subcontractor variations and EOT submissions
- Subcontractor management and preparation of tender packages, scopes of works, contract documentation and procurement schedules
- Report costing, manage cash flow, negotiate payment terms with suppliers, and control overall project expenditure

**Requirements**:

- Degree or tertiary qualified - preferably in Construction Management
- Over 5 years' industry experience with new build/fitout & refurbishment head contractor
- High attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- Ability to adapt to new software’s - SignOnSite, Jobpac and Procore experience preferred
- Exposure to both administration & site duties.
