**About The Role**

DSA/Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Head of Safeguarding to work within our Customer Experience, Risk and Compliance division.

Reporting to the Chief Customer Experience, Risk and Compliance officer, the Head of Safeguarding will be responsible for ensuring that Scope (Aust) have the tools and resources at hand to operationalise effectiveness of all core compliance and safeguarding systems across Scope.

**About You**
- Previous experience in a quality management role, with a sound understanding of quality management systems including continuous improvement principles, quality frameworks, internal auditing practice.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS and Quality and Safeguarding Framework
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant standards and compliance relevant to the Scope group
- Sound understanding (or ability to rapidly understand) the legislative and regulatory environment for disability support services.
- Demonstrated understanding of human rights and other person-centred approaches as it applies to practice.
- Experience in Community and/or NFP organisations would be highly regarded.
