The role The Manager, Building Services reports to the Director, Asset Services and has three direct reports. This role is responsible for complying with statutory obligations and best practice recommendations for buildings and supporting infrastructure, plant, equipment, systems and services that are detailed in various Acts, Regulations, Australian and ISO Standards, Codes of Practice and Industry Guidelines.
**The successful personYou will have demonstrated**:

- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in strategic or operational asset management in relation to building infrastructure assets with regards to:

- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership and management to multi-disciplinary staff within a complex service delivery environment
- Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills at a senior level and the ability to provide leadership to manage a multi-disciplinary team.
