Building Maintenance Inspector – Data Collection & Maintenance Scheduling

Casual Position | Brisbane-Based | $31.19–$35.00 per hour | Trade Experience Preferred

We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as a Building Maintenance Inspector, focusing on maintenance schedule development and on-site data collection.

This casual role offers up to 5-day work weeks for 3 weeks with 1 week off, perfect for those looking for a balanced work schedule with some flexibility. You'll be working primarily in Brisbane, with occasional travel throughout Queensland – a valid driver's licence is essential.

Pay Rate: $31.19 – $35.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

What You'll Do:

· Conduct on-site building inspections

· Collect and document data relating to building maintenance

· Take high-quality photos using your own phone or device

· Work independently and collaboratively within a small, professional team

· Adhere to daily schedules and maintain punctuality and accuracy in reporting

About You:

· Trade experience is highly regarded

· Any trade background is preferred for this position

· Physically fit and able to spend full days on your feet

· Comfortable with travel within Queensland as needed

· Have a smartphone or suitable device for capturing and uploading photos

· Responsible, punctual, and able to self-manage tasks efficiently

Requirements:

· Valid driver's licence

· Ability to travel within Queensland

· Own mobile device with camera capabilities

· Strong work ethic and attention to detail
