About the role

As a Services Manager, you will be an integral advisor across most tenders and currently delivered projects in QLD, ensuring the successful management and coordination of building services across a variety of projects and advising on all technical building services aspects of the project. Your responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Bid and Estimating team and Project teams to review and qualify tender submissions.
  • Ensuring building services design complies with specifications, Australian Standards, Codes, Regulatory Authorities, and client requirements.
  • Reviewing designs and solutions and propose best-value solutions for the overall project.
  • Coordinating subcontractor proposals and negotiations.
  • Carrying out regular project progress inspections
  • Developing commissioning plans and manage the commissioning process of all services subcontractors.

About you

  • Experience in a building services role, or Building/Facilities Manager, or Services related field (Electrical or Mechanical).
  • A natural leader and team player
  • Adaptable, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
  • Ability to work autonomously and cross over multiple projects
  • Understanding of Ms Office Suite (including MS Project)
