**About the role**

We are seeking a Trade Commercial Account Manager to provide outstanding service and professionalism to a prominent customer base in both housing and commercial markets in Perth.

Your role involves expanding the territory by acquiring new business and maintaining existing customers, establishing yourself as a reliable partner and supplier. This requires demonstrating strong commercial insight and delivering comprehensive trade solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Find and develop new sales leads
- Visit sites regularly, involving stakeholders to secure projects
- Identify current and future painting and construction opportunities
- Understand painters' projects, pipeline, and goals
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging systems like BCI and Estimate One for business growth

**Skills & Experience**
- Understand how commercial construction decisions are made
- Know the basics of coatings technology
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Able to understand and match customer's business goals
- Can work alone, manage time well, and be independent
