**Here’s what you will be doing**:

- Managing a portfolio of our customer accounts
- Providing a high level of customer service, maintaining and developing relationships with our existing customers
- Driving revenue opportunities, expanding the utilisation of our technology by value-adding to our customers
- Understanding and communication of our value proposition to all customers
- Communicating and presenting acQuire’s software solutions to a variety of stakeholders
- Taking ownership and sustainability of company culture

**Here’s what we need from you**:

- Sales and/or marketing qualifications are desirable
- Working knowledge of the mining and exploration industry, with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience in a technology sales role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Business to Business sales
- Proven negotiation skills
- Ability to manage client feedback and quickly resolve issues
- Be a strong team player, be highly motivated and a self-starter
- Possess a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box

**The fine print of this gig**:
Your role will report to the APAC Operations Manager and be based at our Perth office in Western Australia. You will be required to perform all aspects of account management, from account planning, forecasting, customer meetings, pipeline management, through to negotiating and closing sales. Some interstate travel is required.
