**The Role**

**The Duties**
- Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, utilising Workday and other key systems
- Maintaining and cleaning the employee database
- Assisting with recruitment admin and responding to employee queries
- Liaising with hiring managers in relation to recruitment processes
- Undertake other ad hoc HR administrative tasks as required
- Previous experience within a HR administrator position (industry exposure to the education sector will be beneficial)
- Strong understanding of HR terminology, processes, and policies
- Tech savvy with high attention to detail - Workday experience will be highly regarded
- Ability to work at pace within an agile environment - strong time management skills
