**Community Support Worker - Pearl Home Care Bendigo**

**The Opportunity**
We are seeking reliable and empathetic Community Support Workers to join our Bendigo team. You will support elderly and NDIS clients in their homes and communities, helping them live safely and independently.

**Key Duties**
- Personal care (e.g. showering, dressing, grooming)
- Domestic assistance (e.g. cleaning, laundry, meal prep)
- Social support and companionship
- Transport to appointments, shopping, and outings
- Medication reminders and welfare checks
- Accurate documentation and reporting

**What You’ll Need**
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent (or currently studying)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to client care
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
