Job description
- We are now recruiting for a passionate, calm, kind, and empathetic **male** support worker with experience assisting participants with complex behaviours of concern for our young male participant.
- Ample and ongoing support and training provided by the participants Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide you clear guidelines to follow when it comes to this participants’ behaviours of concern.
- Additional internal training will be provided, but experience is favourable.

Your Duties may Include (but not limited to)
- Assisting the client one on one in-home.
- Assisting client with their daily routines including personal hygiene.
- Community access.
- Implementation of strategies included in clients Behaviour Support Plan.

- We require all our support workers to be reliable, committed, and empathetic individuals to provide quality care
- NDIS Worker Screening check required
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid: HLTAID011
- CPR: HLTAID009
- NDIS orientation and induction modules
- Infection Control
- PPE Training
- Australian Driving license
- Comprehensive vehicle insurance
- Right to work in Australia
- Reliable car
- Able to commence work as soon as possible
