We’re currently seeking **Experienced Support Workers**to join our passionate team and help individuals achieve their personal goals and live life on their terms.

**About the Role**

As a valued member of our team, you’ll support clients with a range of physical, intellectual, and mental health needs. You’ll assist with daily living tasks, promote independence, and encourage community participation — all while providing respectful, high-quality care.

**What You'll Do**
- Provide **personalized support**to individuals with disabilities, mental health conditions, and complex needs
- Assist with **daily living activities**including personal care, meal preparation, and household duties
- Support clients to achieve their goals and live independently
- Encourage community participation, social engagement, and recreational activities
- **Monitor wellbeing**and report changes in behaviour or health
- Providing support in basic first aid and supporting clients with medication where and as required
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and follow individualized care plans
- Ensure a **safe, respectful, and inclusive**environment at all times

**What You’ll Bring**
- Previous experience in a **Support Worker**or **Care Assistant**role
- A genuine passion for supporting others and promoting independence
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal**skills
- Strong understanding of **mental health, physical disabilities, and safeguarding**:

- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs

**Essential Requirements**
- Minimum qualification, Certificate III in Individual support, Aged Care and Disability
- First Aid Certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current **Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle**:

- National **Police Check**:

- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Up-to-date **COVID-19 vaccinations**:

- Rights to work in Australia
- 100 points of ID, e.g. Passport, Driver License, Citizenship, Medicare

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $68,900.00 - $77,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week

**Experience**:

- Support Work: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Workers check (preferred)
- Police Check (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

**Location**:

- Bendigo VIC 3550 (preferred)
