**About the Role**

As a Support Worker, you will assist National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants with daily living tasks, personal care, household duties, and community participation. You will work closely with individuals and their families to support independence, health, and overall wellbeing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with **personal care** (e.g. showering, grooming, toileting)
- Support **daily living skills**: cooking, cleaning, budgeting
- Provide **transport** to appointments and activities
- Offer **emotional and social support**:

- Assist with **medication administration**:

- Help with **domestic duties**: cleaning, laundry, meal prep
- Maintain **accurate documentation** using Brevity Care App
- Work collaboratively with families and health professionals
- Ensure a **safe and respectful environment** at all times

**What We’re Looking For**
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or related field (required)
- Valid **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- Current **First Aid & CPR certifications**:

- **Driver’s Licence**, reliable vehicle & **comprehensive insurance**:

- Working With Children Check or Vulnerable People Check (as applicable)
- **Fully vaccinated** (COVID-19 requirement)
- A commitment to confidentiality, dignity, and professional standards

**Key Skills & Attributes**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and a caring nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and reliability
- Experience with disability support (preferred but not essential)
