This family owned and operated company specialises in distributing a range of educational products to retailers across Australia. Located close to home in Cheltenham, they have been in operation for over 25 years. They are now seeking a Warehouse Manager to become a vital part of their team.

**Your new role**

This is a varied role that will keep you stimulated in both running the warehouse and remaining hands on. Some of your responsibilities will include;
- Have complete autonomy over the operations of the warehouse including process improvement and efficiency
- Warehousing duties such as: unload containers; pick, pack and dispatch goods; and forklift operation
- Oversee the daily warehouse activities such as receipt, storage, inventory control and dispatch
- Coordinate the outgoing logistics and obtain quotes
- Assist casual warehouse staff as required
- Convey updates to senior management on targets and solutions to any issues that arise
- Manage Occupational Health and Safety procedures and policies
- Administrative duties such as: use of warehouse management system; reporting; and returns processing

**Skills and experience required**
- Previous experience in a Warehouse role - you may be already managing a warehouse or looking totake the next step in your career
- Current LF licence and valid Victorian drivers' licence
- Strong problem-solving skills and able to use initiative
- Experience using computer-based warehouse management systems and MS suite
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships

Salary - $75k plus super depending on experience negotiable
