**The Role**
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations within our warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise a team of warehouse workers to ensure that all daily tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory levels
- Develop and implement procedures for receiving, storing, and shipping products
- Ensure that all products are stored in a safe, secure, and organized manner
- Manage the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and facilities
- Monitor performance metrics and report on warehouse operations, making recommendations for improvement as needed
- Communicate with other departments to ensure that all products are delivered to the correct location on time
- Ensure that all workers are trained on safety procedures and that safety protocols are followed at all times
