**The Role**
- Reporting into the APAC Operations Manager, the Warehouse Manager will oversee operations in both the Port Adelaide and Geelong site
- Remotely manage three direct reports based in three different locations while fostering a collaborative team culture through effective rostering and recruitment
- Coordinate operations and staff with transport team to ensure smooth flow of product in and out of the warehouse while maintaining inventory control processes
- Provide insights and recommendations on how the sites can improve cost and operational efficiencies and cross utilise labour and transport
- Pioneer a health & safety focused environment across the warehouse so that staff have this at the forefront of their mind
- Contribute to ongoing business development and meeting our client's strategic goals using continuous improvements mindset

**Skills & Experience**
- An experienced Warehouse Manager that has ideally worked across multiple sites
- Strong leadership skills, particularly if you have developed staff remotely
- Continuous improvement experience, and a proven lateral thinker to identify and implement new business opportunities
- Demonstrated maintenance of Health & Safety and Compliance standards
- Excellent prioritisation ability with an understanding of budgeting and cost control
