We are looking for an exceptional Health Informatics Analyst to help us deliver high-quality and meaningful care to our aged care clients. Your role will be to evaluate data to share our health information systems to drive client care and out services.

**As a **Health Informatics Analyst,** you will**:

- Analyse and interpret data to gain insights and identify improvement opportunities and priorities.
- Support Operations in the analysis of risks to identify root cause/s of problems along with ensuring corrective and preventative actions are implemented to drive improvements.
- Review and compare company performance against benchmark indicators across the sector.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports.
- Develop health information systems that support the collection, sharing, standardisation, and integration of healthcare data.
- Work with product owners and external strategic partners to ensure our health information systems are set up to reflect policies and procedures.
- Conduct and assist with training staff on health information systems.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Experience in project and change management with the ability to work collaboratively to drive outcomes and engagement.
- Demonstrated skills in the extraction, analysis, and reporting of data with high attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office suite.
- High level organisational and time management ability to prioritise and meet timeline targets and deadlines.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills that promote engagement and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a Health Informatic Specialist.
- Experience in Power BI and SQL (desirable).
- Tertiary qualification in Health Information Management, Information Technology, Project Management, or appropriate health profession degree (desirable.
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (myHomecare can organise this at no cost to you).
- Proof of Covid Vaccination.
- The right to work in Australia.
